Lakefolkfest was a Folk Music Festival put on by the City of Lakewood WA. Their original mascot was a frog with a banjo, but later, they wanted to expand on the idea.
So an illustration was created with the idea of "who was this frog's family?" This involved a group of Bluegrass Pickin amphibians, with a rebellious uncle who played the accordion. They drove 'round in a car that ran off of moonshine, visiting various folk festivals.
