Olympic Springs needed an envelope that was a custom size, had a window positioned in the correct place, and included a self-sticking glue tab.

The solution was to create a layout, print in a single color - PMS Reflex Blue, and use a special custom slide dye to cut the envelopes.The glue tab adheasive was added as the envelopes were printed off the press.
